UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant 2024: Filling Up OMR Sheet

UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Examination 2024: Mobile Phones Banned
Applicants aspiring to sit for the UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Examination 2024 are required to satisfy specific eligibility conditions, as delineated below:
- Nationality: The appointment or engagement under these regulations is solely reserved for Indian citizens, unless duly mandated in writing by the Central Government. Nonetheless, individuals from Nepal or Bhutan may also be contemplated for appointment, enrollment, or employment in accordance with these regulations.
- Gender: Both male and female aspirants are eligible for consideration for the Assistant Commandants position.
- Age Criteria: Candidates must have attained a minimum age of 20 years and not exceed 25 years as of August 1, 2024. This necessitates that candidates must have been born between August 2, 1999, and August 1, 2004.
The upper age limit may be relaxed as follows:
- Up to five years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes.
- Up to three years for candidates from Other Backward Classes entitled to reservation.
- Up to five years for Civilian Central Government Servants as per prevailing government directives. Ex-Servicemen can also avail of this relaxation. However, the cumulative relaxation due to Government Service shall not surpass five years.
