KV Fee Structure 2025 Online Payment System: An integrated online payment system has been established for the Kendriya Vidyalaya fees applicable to all students enrolled in over 1,230 KV schools nationwide. The collection of KV fees occurs in four installments during the months of January, April, July, and October, specifically from the 1st to the 15th of each month. KVS Common Fee Structure 2025 Per Month
The KVS Fee is categorized into three types: Admission Fee, Tuition Fee, and Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi. The amounts range from a minimum of Rs. 25 to a maximum of Rs. 500. Additionally, certain categories of children are exempt from these fees.

KVS Fee Structure 2025 Collection Schedule
Fees will be collected on a quarterly basis throughout the year as follows: The designated months for fee collection are January, April, July, and October, corresponding to each respective quarter. These months will serve as the primary periods for fee collection. Payments will be accepted from the 1st to the 15th of the specified months without incurring any late fees. After the 15th, a system-generated late payment fee will be applied to any payments made from the 16th until the end of the collection month, which includes January, April, July, and October.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee Receipt Download 2025
If you have misplaced the original receipt issued by the Bank, you may obtain a duplicate receipt. This can be done by logging into the Union Bank of India website at www.unionbankofindia.co.in or the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan website at www.kvsangathan.nic.in, using the student’s unique ID and date of birth. Should you find any discrepancies in the details (such as name, class, admission number, or fee amount) listed on the challan copy, please reach out to your school for the necessary corrections. The school is the only entity authorized to make changes to a student’s records. Union Bank of India does not handle modifications related to student details.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee Challan Download 2025
The school will provide students and parents with a system-generated copy of the challan. Additionally, students have the option to generate a challan by accessing the link available on the Union Bank of India website at www.unionbankofindia.co.in or the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan website at www.kvsangathan.nic.in. All eligible students of KVS are assigned a unique fifteen (15) digit ID. This Student Unique ID, which is a fifteen-digit number, is indicated on the challan copy and is generated by the system based on the information entered by the Kendriya Vidyalayas into the database.

To access the fee payment portal, please visit the Union Bank of India website at unionbankofindia.co.in or the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan website at www.kvsangathan.nic.in. On the homepage of these sites, locate and click on the “Pay Kendriya Vidyalaya Fees Online” link. You will need to log in using the unique student ID and date of birth as specified in the challan. If you encounter difficulties logging in to make a payment or to generate a challan/receipt, ensure that you are entering the exact 15-digit Unique ID and date of birth as indicated on the challan copy. Payments for KV fees can be made using Internet Banking, Debit Cards, or Credit Cards from all major commercial banks. Please note that any KV fee payment made via a bank credit card, whether through the online payment portal or at the Point of Sale (PoS) machines located in designated schools, will incur a transaction fee of 1.5% plus applicable taxes.

KVS Fee Payment via UBI EPay Portal 2025
The Union Bank of India will facilitate the collection of fees for all Vidyalayas across India. Payments can be made through both offline and online methods. Students, parents, and stakeholders associated with KVS have the option to pay their Vidyalaya fees using any credit card, any bank debit card, or through internet banking services of any bank. Additionally, payments can be processed via any bank’s mobile banking application on smartphones.
For those who prefer in-person transactions, payments can also be made at any Union Bank of India branch nationwide. This system allows for straightforward reconciliation for Vidyalayas and ensures automated fee calculations for each student.
Furthermore, fees for Kendriya Vidyalaya can now be paid using any UPI application. To do so, users should open their UPI app, select Bharat Bill Pay or Pay Bill/My Bills, choose Education Fee, select All India, and then select Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. After entering the Student ID and Date of Birth, the payment can be completed.

The fee can be paid using the following methods: Payment can be made by depositing cash or Union Bank cheques at any Union Bank branch across India. Payments can be processed via debit or credit cards, or through internet banking of any major commercial bank by accessing the link provided on the Union Bank of India website, www.unionbankofindia.co.in, or the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan website, www.kvsangathan.nic.in. Payments can be made using any bank’s mobile banking application installed on your smartphone by selecting the IMPS option for Payment to Merchant (P2M). Point of Sale (PoS) terminals will be set up by the bank at schools that do not have a nearby Union Bank branch. Each school will designate one staff member to handle fee collection through the PoS system at the school level.
