The CSD AFD Team has informed all current customers that a password reset is necessary before accessing the portal. Below are the detailed instructions for resetting your password and logging in:
Step 1: Select the ‘Reset Password’ link found in the alert box.
Step 2: Input your Username or Registered Email Address.
Step 3: Complete the Captcha.
Step 4: Press the ‘Reset Password’ button.
Next, check your email inbox for a message from the CSD AFD Team. Open the email and click on the link that says ‘Click here to reset your password.’
Finally, create a new password, confirm it by entering it again, complete the Captcha, and hit the Save button.

It is essential to record the ID number from your URC canteen card, the Chip number, as well as retain your previous URC canteen cash bill. The URC canteen card ID comprises 19 alphanumeric characters, while the chip number consists of a 16-digit numeric sequence. Pay Level in CSD AFD Registration Form
Pay Matrix Level in the CSD AFD Registration Form plays a crucial role in determining the eligibility criteria for items available on the portal.
