Step 2: Input your Username or Registered Email Address.
Step 3: Complete the Captcha.
Step 4: Press the ‘Reset Password’ button.

Next, check your email inbox for a message from the CSD AFD Team. Open the email and click on the link that says ‘Click here to reset your password.’

Finally, create a new password, confirm it by entering it again, complete the Captcha, and hit the Save button.
