Latest Canteen Price List of All Brand Products: The CSD Canteen Price List comprises over 3700 retail outlets known as Unit Run Canteens (URCs) managed by the Canteen Stores Department (CSD). Additionally, a centralized online platform is maintained to offer a wide range of products at discounted prices to Armed Forces Personnel, Ex-Servicemen, Ordnance employees, and officers. The Department operates 34 strategically positioned depots throughout India, serving as a key asset for the CSD.
This strategic placement ensures proximity to the numerous URCs it is tasked with catering to, making these Depots the central hubs of the CSD network. The online portal of the Canteen Stores Department (CSD) dedicated to the procurement of Category-1 items under Against Firm Demand (AFD) is approaching its third year of operation, with January 8, 2024, marking this milestone.

The CSD offers a diverse range of products categorized into seven groups:
Group I: Toiletries and cosmetics
Group II: Household essentials including electrical appliances, cookware, tableware, wall clocks, kitchen essentials, and sewing machines
Group III: General merchandise like hosiery, bicycles, plastic products, footwear, bags, and undergarments
Group IV: Watches and stationery
Group V: Alcoholic beverages
Group VI: Food items, stationery, and medical supplies
Group VII (AFD): Televisions, audio and video systems, refrigerators, washing machines, motorcycles, cars, tractors, stoves, air conditioners, microwave ovens, and more.
AFD: Against Firm Demand
CSD AFD, short for “Against Firm Demand,” is a service offered by the Canteen Stores Department (CSD) to members of the Indian Armed Forces Personnel, Ex-Servicemen, and their dependents. CSD categorized available items into two, AFD-I Items and Non AFD-I Items. AFD-I items are products valued at over Rs 8000 and encompass two distinct categories: AFD-1 items comprising automobiles, motorcycles, scooters, televisions, refrigerators, and similar goods, and Non AFD-I items encompassing general merchandise, liquor, and food products.
CSD AFD Online Portal
The online portal of CSD AFD (afd.csdindia.gov.in) offers a wide range of AFD products to customers at discounted rates. Users can browse through a variety of items including cars, bikes, scooters, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, dishwashers, and microwave ovens. CPC Canteen Price List
The Central Police Canteen, often referred to as CPC Canteen, is a well-known establishment catering to the needs of the police force in India. This department falls under the purview of the Ministry of Home Affairs and is headquartered in New Delhi. Its primary objective is to provide goods and consumer durables to active duty and retired personnel of various Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), which encompass organizations like the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), and Assam Rifles.

Kerala Police Canteen Price List
Established by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Police Canteen System at Central Police Canteen (CPC) Kerala Thrissur serves as a welfare measure for both serving and retired personnel of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) such as the BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB, and Assam Rifles. This initiative provides these dedicated individuals with access to a range of essential goods at subsidized rates. Operating within strict limits, individuals are restricted to a maximum monthly purchase cap of Rs.15,000 and an annual limit of Rs.2,50,000.
Additionally, members of the Railway Police are also eligible to avail of the benefits offered by this canteen, ensuring that they too can access the necessary provisions required for their well-being.

TN Police Canteen Price List
The Government of Tamil Nadu, recognizing the needs of its dedicated personnel, has approved the establishment of 56 Police Welfare Canteens in strategic locations across the state. These canteens, found in all District Headquarters, 15 Battalions, and at the prestigious Tamil Nadu Police Academy in Oonamancherry, Chennai, provide essential services to the serving and retired members of the Police Department, Fire and Rescue Services Department, Prison Department, and the Forest Department.
As a result, nearly 1.75 lakh beneficiaries, including personnel and Ministerial Staff, are currently benefitting from the offerings at these fully operational Welfare Canteens. The range of products available at these establishments is extensive, encompassing consumer durables, household articles, electrical and electronic items, as well as groceries, all offered at discounted rates to support the well-being and welfare of those who serve and have served the state.
